Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Luminance Systems.
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from Luminance Systems. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return the item and get a full refund or exchange the item for another one, be it similar or not.
Nevertheless, please note that clearance items, parts, outdoor and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Note : Exchange is eligible with same value item or lower value item (no refund for price difference).
We offer 30 days returns. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, in resell-able condition and not installed.
Refunds Or Exchanges
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In the case of exchange an item, choose your new preferred product (if available) and inform us by Email : email@example.com to proceed for an exchange.
Shipping - Refunds
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please ship your item with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to our office / factory address as following. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping - Exchanges
For exchange an item, you are responsible for covering all return postage costs up front. Please proceed payment for your Shipping after getting confirmation from us. Item will be shipped out within 3 working days after the payment has been confirmed.
Free Warranty Returns
For warranty claim, kindly ensure the Warranty Policy is in full compliance before proceed your return.
We provide unlimited** FREE one way warranty returns within whole warranty period, i.e. we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired / replacement item back to you while you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the faulty item.
